First aid for berry poisoning
The very first aid for poisoning by poisonous or inedible berries is to stimulate vomiting - this procedure will free the stomach from the poisonous contents. To do this, the victim needs to be given 2-4 glasses of water (you can add activated carbon to it - 2 tablespoons per 500 ml, salt - 1 teaspoon per 500 ml or potassium permanganate). The procedure will have to be carried out several times. If medications are available, it is recommended to give the patient activated carbon, tannin, as well as any laxative and cardiac remedy. If you have seizures, you will have to use chloral hydrate. If there is no first aid kit, you can give the patient black crackers, starch solution or milk. It would also not hurt to do an enema (if possible). The victim should be wrapped warmly and taken to a doctor.
How do wild animals differentiate between what is edible and what is poisonous?
As I already said, wild animals instinctively distinguish food from poison. Have you ever wondered how they do it? It’s easy for us, we are reasonable beings. We make sure that inedible substances do not get into our children’s food, and if we are also prudent, we carefully remove everything poisonous away from children. We are taught to distinguish edible from inedible. But how do wild animals distinguish them?
Put yourself in Mother Nature's shoes for a moment. You have created an infinite variety of species. How did you make sure they didn't get poisoned and die out? Each of them has its own digestive system designed to digest a particular food. How do you get these animals to eat the food that is meant for them? One way is to give them sense organs. You can give them vision: this object looks like food. You can give a sense of touch: this item looks like food, but feels like stone. You can give the sense of smell and taste. If an item smells bad and tastes terrible, it is poison. And if it smells good and tastes good, it’s food. If I especially like its smell and taste, then this food was created especially for me.
Does this approach seem reasonable to you? Of course, this is obvious! But why does the principle of two poles remind itself again? Why did the Creator create everything that is harmful to us - cigarettes, alcohol, juicy steaks, whipped cream, exotic sweets - so pleasant and attractive in appearance? Why didn’t you make healthy things tasty and harmful things disgusting? I have news for you:
That's exactly what he did!
It is only under the influence of other people and as a result of brainwashing that we believe that we give ourselves pleasure by poisoning ourselves with nicotine, alcohol and useless food. The truth is this:
The healthiest food is the one that tastes best
Remember: this is the only purpose of taste. This is how wild animals distinguish between edible and inedible. Is it possible to invent a more ingenious and simple guide to action?
Have you ever seen how a cat first sniffs the food, then carefully touches it with its nose, tries a tiny piece and finally either eats the offered lunch, or turns and walks away with its nose in the air, as if it had been served pure poison? At the same time, the cat’s tail is raised high - this is how she lets us know what she thinks about the food offered. This kind of ingratitude used to infuriate me. After all, I didn't get this cat at all. She was a stray, one day she came into our house and decided to live in it until she found something better. Doesn't she understand that I buy her the best, most expensive cat food, that the pet food manufacturers and I are much smarter than her and know better what is healthy for cats and what is not?
How stupid I was! So much so that I believed that cat food manufacturers, and myself, had a better understanding of my cat’s preferences. With the same success, a man, no matter how qualified and experienced, can advise a woman on the most comfortable, best position for childbirth.
In fact, the system invented by the Creator is so clever that there is no need to put an expiration date on food bags. When natural food begins to rot, it looks unappetizing, is unpleasant to the touch, smells and tastes terrible. A classic example is a rotten apple.
I am not smart enough to understand how the Creator dealt with the minor flaws of this system. Frankly, I am not at all smart if it took me fifty years of my life before the meaning of the problem dawned on me and its solution arose. How do wild animals distinguish between edible and inedible? If my complacent, trained and educated mind had not prevented me from asking this question, the answer would have been infinitely simple and obvious:
The food has a pleasant taste and smell. The poison has an unpleasant taste and smell!
Taste is the main indicator of the correctness of our choice. Smell is inextricably linked with taste. Any good cook knows that both appearance and texture are equally important. If a banana is overripe, it still smells good and remains tasty, but the impression is spoiled by the soggy flesh that is unpleasant to the touch. Even the fifth sense—hearing—fits into the same formula. I love the sizzle of the bacon cooking. I like the appetizing smell even more. But fried bacon tastes too salty and looks unappetizing because it's either swimming in grease or fried until crispy. Indeed, bacon regularly gives me indigestion.
To be acceptable, food does not have to please us in every way. But if you actively don’t like something about it, be careful. Be especially wary of substances that smell good but taste poor, such as tobacco and coffee. Typically, this is a sign of an addictive substance that contains many harmful components. Although smell and taste are inextricably linked, it should not be assumed that taste must match smell, and vice versa. Try your favorite perfume!.. No, it’s better not to.
The manufacturer's instructions tell us what kind of gasoline should be put in the car's tank, and our senses tell us what food we can eat - provided they are functioning properly. Probably the most important of the senses is the sixth. It doesn't matter what you call it, intuition or instinct. It is used when logic comes to one conclusion, but instincts contradict it. Do not forget that instinct is the result of logical constructions that lasted more than three billion years, and that wild animals do not have such problems, since they have no logic and rely solely on instincts. What could be more logical?
This is why “EASY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT” is so acceptable to us. For the first time in your life, thinking about the problem of excess weight will not cause you a contradiction between logic and instincts. On the contrary, the method demonstrates that logic and instincts exist in harmony and thereby save us from schizophrenia, the eternal mental companion of the problem of excess weight. The uncertainty, doubt and confusion disappear - because you already understand: there is a food created specifically to help you stay fit and healthy, and this food tastes especially good to you. You will no longer have to suffer from mental duality and addiction to food that is harmful to you.
At this point in the conversation, I don't expect you to understand why the best-tasting foods are the healthiest foods for you. But if the pleasurable taste of tobacco is a subtle illusion, the same is true for the belief that junk food can be tasty. Before you can start running, you need to learn to walk, and in our case, you need to understand the principles of the user manual in more detail. In due course I will explain how this illusion was created and how to get rid of it. In the meantime, I ask you to come to terms with the idea that those foods that are most beneficial for you are those that have a particularly good taste and smell.
This is Mother Nature's instruction, and it is thanks to her that wild animals do not have the same problems with food as we do.
We have not yet identified the food most suitable for human beings, but we have determined the principles by which it should be selected. But
How do you know when to start eating and when to stop?

Classes of poisonous mushrooms
There are 3 main classes:
- Which cause food poisoning with poisonous mushrooms
- Which cause disturbances in the central nervous system
- Which lead to death
Of the many thousands of species of mushrooms on our planet, about 150 are truly dangerous to health and only a few species are fatal. Poisonous mushrooms in Russia number about 30 species.
Below we will consider the most common and dangerous poisonous mushrooms such as false honey fungus, toadstool, Patuillard fiber, fly agaric, pepper mushroom, satanic mushroom, wax talker, etc.
Entoloma poisonous
The size of the cap is about 5-17 cm, the height is about 4-15 cm. The hat is flat, wide, light with different shades. It loves warmth and light, so it most often grows actively in bright mixed places from late May to early October. They grow both singly and in groups. Symptoms of poisoning with poisonous mushrooms appear very quickly from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Headache, intestinal upset.
In common parlance it is often referred to as the giant rose-plate plant. Because it has pinkish plates under its cap.
May lily of the valley
This is one of the dangerous plants loved by children, very similar to lilies of the valley! Its habitat is the northern part of the globe, and especially the European one. It’s not for nothing that lily of the valley is called May, due to the fact that it blooms in May-early June. You can easily get poisoned by this plant by trying the beautiful red berries. This can happen especially often with children, as they are incredibly curious.
